Indemnity & Conditions

The safety and well being of each participant/learner is of paramount importance to the staff of Darul Ihsan Islamic Services Centre. All reasonable care and precautions are taken to ensure a fun educational experience. The following acknowledgement & release is an important reminder to you as a parent of the participant/learner to be sure that you or your child is properly prepared.

I, Parent/Gardian and my child, desire to participate in the course specified above. I understand the above mentioned program offered through Darul Ihsan Islamic Services Centre will take place in a wilderness/outdoor environment and may include but is not limited to, the following potentially hazardous activities: hiking, swimming, initiative activities, and transportation. These potentially hazardous activities can cause personal injury, property damage, death or illness.
I understand that participation in this course is voluntary. In recognition of the potentially hazardous nature of the elective course, I, and my child, my heirs and assigns, hereby release Darul Ihsan Islamic Services Centre, the Venue and its employees/volunteers from all claims and liability from negligence arising from participation in the course. I further agree to hold harmless and indemnify Darul Ihsan Islamic Services Centre and its affiliates, staff and agents for all defense costs, including attorneys, and any other costs resulting in connection with my participation.

I understand that this release relates to all claims and liability during or after the trip resulting from a pre-existing medical condition. I also give permission for the organizers to act at their discretion - should an emergency situation occur in terms of ensuring the best safety or care for my child.

I also understand that this release relates to all claims and liability resulting from unforeseen or intemperate weather. I have read the clothing and equipment list (Kit List) provided by Darul Ihsan Islamic Services Centre and accept full responsibility for inadequate clothing or equipment provided by me or which I fail to provide.I have read this entire release of claims and fully understand it.
