As part of Darul Ihsan Centre’s on-going ‘Skills Development Programme,’ the centre hosted an “Accounting Made Easy” course at its office at Gem Towers in Overport on Saturday 02 February 2013.

The course saw an attendance of about 30 participants comprising a mix of adults, businessmen, students from tertiary institutions, high school pupils, etc.

The course was conducted by Brother Salim Goga, an experienced and well known accountant.

In view of the allocated time the course was intensive. However, the course gave the attendees a complete overview and basic understanding of the principles of accounting.

The ‘Skills Development Programme’ of Darul Ihsan Centre, in its drive to empower the community, will continue to host such courses in the future, Insha allah.

Details of such courses will be announced on the Darul Ihsan website – www.darulihsan.com - from time to time.
